Monica Turner is an African American therapist who developed Heart & Soul Counseling Center to provide people of all races and backgrounds a unique experience in mental health wellness. Her education includes A Master’s Degree in Social Work, a 2nd Master's Degree, Science in Organizational Development, and a Master's level college education in Marriage and Family Therapy. ABOUT US Heart & Soul Counseling Center provides mental health therapy, utilizing art, play and sand tray, therapy to children and teenagers, ages 6-17, and women ages 18 - 65, all backgrounds, and life experiences are welcome. All cultures are welcome regardless of status or religion, BIPOC (black/brown, Indigenous, people of color) community, etc. Faith-based Christian/Spiritual perspective for those who are interested.

In addition to CBT & DBT skills training, other therapeutic practices and modalities in mental health therapy are available, these practices have been proven successful in helping meeting mental health goals.
